Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360

i did not receive the emirl cook book with my air fryer as was advertised

I have owned my Emeril Lagasse AirFryer for 2 years. I really got it for the rotisserie feature. The problem is the amount of smoke it puts out. I can't use it in my house. I need to put the AirFryer outside to cook a roast or chicken. The fat falls on the cooking elements and smokes us out. I've owned my Emeril Lagasse air fryer 360 for about ten months. Everything about it is fantastic. Everything is in working order. It's simple to clean, and the rotisserie is fantastic. I'm not sure why everyone has so many complaints, however I've observed that the most are from Virginia.

This oven performed well for the first month before shutting down after a few minutes in cycle. The display ultimately stopped working, and the appliance no longer turns on at all. It has just been a little over a year. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying a total shambles.

Thus far, so good. I've just had it a few weeks, so I'm still learning.....but I would highly suggest it....it replaces SO many other appliances.

The first issue was that the rivet for the door hinge mechanism broke - to replace it, I had to disassemble the 360 to access the mechanism, luckily I had a rivet gun in my workshop — the next issue was that the unit would randomly beep and the control panel would light up for about 30 seconds, the only way to stop was to unplug the unit - emails to Tristar ended with them blowing… read more me off — I did not spend all this money to have issues with this unit after a year or so —

This oven air fryer is fantastic. I can make my entire dinner at once. I made muffins and a cake in it, and they turned out beautifully. The only thing I would alter is how hot it gets outside.

We have the smaller Emeril air fryer with only the basket, and it heats very quickly. My daughter has one similar to ours, but a different model, and she doesn't have to wait long for it to preheat. Ours takes a long time, and doing wings in our new one takes twice as long as it did in the previous one. It does a good job...at first. Returning. When I originally plugged it in, it displayed E1. It functioned again once I unplugged it. When I tried to run it again, it flashed E1. No amount of button pushing, connecting and unplugging, or switching on and off power cleaned it this time. I was quite disappointed because I had been looking forward to it.
