February 1, 2022Very disappointed in the air fryer. Nothing that I cook with the air fryer comes out crispy. We have been fans of Emeril for years and very disappointed that he would sell a product like this. I sure wish I had read all the other reviews before purchasing this.

December 27, 2021The light which indicates the setting burned out after 4 months. The product is guaranteed for 90 days. There does not seem to be any customer service.

December 27, 2021Unfortunately broiling is not possible in this unit as the broiling setting is so close to the top that nothing fits on the tray without it hitting the heating elements. The meat would have to be razor thin to fit into latch number one which is the recommended setting for broiling. Air frying anything also takes too long. So far I’m very disappointed.

We attempted to return it under the "90-day satisfaction guarantee," but were charged $175 to do so! This is a total con. I'm also upset when it takes so long to pre-heat the oven before baking things. When I phoned customer support, I was informed to butter my bread before toasting it, but this made no difference. July 2, 2021I cooked a pork loin on the rotisserie last night. It came out lovely and moist. HOWEVER, when I made toast this morning, just the top of the bread browned! WHY wasn't the bottom toasted? The instructions have let me down. They could be improved, or at the very least an internet link showing how to utilize each setting step by step.
