A coffee maker is defined as a plug-in gadget that creates coffee by forcing hot water through coffee beans. A coffee maker is made up of a heating plate on the bottom, a glass pitcher to catch the coffee, a water reserve tank, a cup to keep coffee grinds, and a tube to connect everything together.
